ROSE

In loving memory of our dear Molly Rose of Rimbey, Alberta, who received her angel wings on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Molly passed away peacefully at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre at the age of 86 years.
Molly was a beloved aunt and friend whose warmth and smile touched everyone she met. She led a very interesting life that included spending the majority of her time driving truck together with her loving husband Larry. They covered most of the United States, Mexico, Canada, and even all the way to the North Pole. Of all the places Molly travelled, her one regret was not being able to visit Goose Bay, Labrador. However, she did enjoy truck driving and the opportunity to witness the many different and beautiful landscapes during her travels.
Molly will be greatly missed by her nieces Donna (Les), Carol (Steve), and Linda (Tony); her nephew Arnold; and her late nephew, Virgil’s, wife Brenda; along with many great-nieces and great-nephews. She also made friends wherever she was and will be missed by her best friend Pam; her special friend Keith; as well as all those who knew her. Molly was predeceased by her husband Larry; her sister Polly (Lloyd); brothers Tony, Pete, and Mike (Ellen); and her nephews Virgil and Jim.
With respect for Molly’s wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. She will be laid to rest at a later date in the Columbarium at the West Haven Cemetery, Rimbey. If desired, memorial donations in Molly’s memory may be made directly to the Central Alberta Humane Society, 4505 – 77 Street, Red Deer, Alberta T4P 2J1 (https://cahumane.com). Thoughts and messages to the family may be shared through the condolence area located at the bottom of this page.
