Timothy Michael “Mike” Haynes of Rimbey, Alberta passed away at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre on Friday, February 28, 2025, at the age of 55 years.
Mike was born on July 3, 1969, to Shirley and Eric Haynes in Calgary, Alberta. Although he spent his final years in care in Alberta, he is remembered for his pursuit of new adventures, his love of the outdoors and canine friends, his diverse hobbies that took him from playing pool to making his mark in the competitive cooking and sauce creation space, his chronic dabbling in new jobs from make-up artistry to plumbing, and for the relationships he encountered along the way.
Mike is lovingly remembered and survived by his mother Shirley; and his six siblings Ted, Carolyn, David, Cheryl Anne, Kristen, and Melanie, and their families. He was predeceased by his father Eric; and his grandparents.
A private family Celebration of Mike’s life is being arranged for a future date.
